Youth Workout

Athletes must have basic experience and know how to score and play a game. Athletes will be grouped with similar ability levels.  


Youth Workout is a great opportunity to hone and strengthen your youth athlete’s pickleball skills. Each workout will focus in depth on a specific skill.  Proper mechanics will be taught in a fun environment with drilling games and match play. 


Workouts consist of warm up, skill instruction, skill based drills/games, match play, fitness challenge and cool down.   

12 student max per class
